Orders and Payment
How can I place an order?
Choose the product(s) you would like to purchase by clicking “Add to cart”. At this stage, you may either continue shopping or place your order. When you are done shopping, go to your shopping card and click “checkout”. Fill in your contact information and shipping address and continue. Now choose your preferred shipping method and continue to payment. Fill out your credit card information, choose your billing address and place your order.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a Track and Trace number upon shipment. The shipment is delivered by GLS.
How do I know that my order is placed and is being processed?
You will receive a confirmation mail after you place your order. That way, you know that we have received your order and are processing it.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?
No, we do not ship internationally. We offer shipping exclusively within Europe. If you have any questions about shipping to your country, feel free to reach out to us.
My order hasn’t arrived yet. Can you help me track it?
If your order hasn’t arrived, simply email us with your order number, and we’ll help track it for you.
Returns and Refunds
How do I return an order?
You can return products within 14 days of receiving them. To do so email us at info@mariame.dk with your order number. Then, send the product(s) to this address: Mariame, Jakob Dannefaerds Vej 4, 1973 Frb. C, Denmark
Please ensure the product(s) are securely packed and in the same condition as when you received them. Once we get the returned products(s), we’ll process your refund. If more than 14 days have passed since you requested a return and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us, and we’ll look into it for you. The refund will be issued to the original payment method you used for the purchase.
What is your return policy?
You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your items, no questions asked. However, the product(s) must be returned in their original condition. You'll need to cover the return shipping costs, and we’ll process your refund once we've inspected the returned items.
