Terracotta, meaning "baked earth," is a type of porous, earthenware clay known for its rich reddish-brown color, a result of its high iron content. Far from the bustling souks of Marrakech, in a small village embraced by the desert, skilled artisans shape each piece by hand, carrying forward generations of tradition.
